Sound Designer
I’ve been sound designing since 2011, drawing on experience as a pit musician, arranger, composer, interactive programmer and music director/band leader. Expert computer and data networking skills facilitate advanced system integration between lighting, projection, sound and physical hardware devices/triggers, for example:
audio reactive lighting systems; on-the-fly live recording where the recordings are using in the production; triggering to and from remote wired/wireless hardware; complex integration of interactive hardware (art installations); elaborate underscoring with controllable “vamps”; network analysis and troubleshooting for complex cueing between lights, sound, projection and Smart Caption Glasses.
Software: Qlab versions 2 to 5; Dante (level 3 certified); Max/MSP; DAWs: Reaper, Luna, Ableton Live; Network integration with ETC EOS; TouchOSC; Yamaha LS/QL/CL/DM; OBS; NDI; Syphon; Arduino & Raspberry Pi programming
